I don’t know if I should be writing this here but I have an eating disorder that I’m recovering from and every time I see food, have an urge , or make a decision with food I tense up and get super anxious and overwhelmed with emotions I try and accept all the intrusive thoughts but I have no idea what to do with all these anxious feelings, A few months ago I noticed that I felt like I was always in a dream or could not focus It always felt like I had a glass wall in front of me and I could not escape. I looked it up and discovered I have depersonalization from all the anxiety and stress I’m really scared and I don’t know what to do go get rid of the anxious feelings

It is a long journey while recovering from an eating disorder, and it can be stressful. For general anxiety, stop "automatic thought" or practice physical relaxing skills may help. For depersonalization, this sounds like something that needs help from professionals. Also, here is the subcommunity for eating disorders. You may find someone who has similar experience here.
