Thank you for this! As a former student who had a really tough time in school, this could help those who actually need or come here for help.

my advice is to remain as calm or stress free as possible. Sleep well and enjoy as well. Do stud but take your time. Find different interesting ways to study everyday. Take breaks. Eat well. Last but not the least, never ever try to skip sleep. Sleep is the most important factor. I remember not sleeping well because I was not a bright student. I wanted to do my best and to do that I had to work hard. This only ended in me getting insomnia and other disorders. 10/10 not recommended. School should be where you learn to live, not where you destroy your life. I hope y’all do well and take help of listeners when you feel stressed. Peace out.

Anxiety on results is hard to avoid when it is all you can think about. First, acknowledging that those thoughts are there and taking a deep breath to get into a good head space are a great first step. Remaining fixated on something uncontrollable (such as a grades) uses so much emotional energy and can become draining. For those in school, focus on what you think you did well! That could be how you studied, how you managed your time, or other areas you believe you did well on building up to the test!
