Sickness is making me anxious.

Now I’m probably being paranoid but lately I’ve been obsessing over not getting sick. I even had derealization for 3 days and a half. Later on I went got checked up by a doctor and told her about how I’ve been fainting lately and a bunch of other stuff. (Forgot to tell her about my derealization)

She showed concern towards my fainting occurrences. She suspects i might’ve had a seizure & requested me to get an EEG. Now at that moment I thankfully was 100% certain I’ve never had a seizure before but as the days went by my paranoia increased and now I’m only 85% certain about that possibility. I’ve had bit much happen to me other than my usual dizziness that resulted in me tripping over stairs, random headaches, toe cramps/jerk, random foot numbness.

I might just take the EEG test in hopes that my anxiety decreases but I’ve my finances to worry about and same with my parents whom idw worry.

@Cloudy2Ni think personally for anxiety the best is to have real connection with other people or animals, sometimes with things as simple as peting a pet, or hugging a pet or a person, holding hands with another person, or working on the garden, contemplating the stars, being near nature, hugging a tree, or feeling the dirt of a park with barefeet, or in the beach , or feeling the waves, or having contact with nature in short can help you a ton in this. for instance when on my home i walk barefoot, it helps me a lot too ^^ , many times the options to help ourselves getting outside our heads and get not anxious are free :) sending tons of love ^^ and hugs
