Spiraling
Hey all,
Tomorrow is going to be a hard day. Following my last story of being kicked out of university, tomorrow I get to do the walk of shame and move out of my dorm room while everyone else gets to move back in from the holidays. I feel like the biggest loser and now I cant sleep because of the anxiety of having to face everyone back at school. I dont really know what I can do to help my situation (or calm down enough to get to sleep) and I need some encouragement or just a person to talk to.
See you later,
OC
Leaving school is just a minor setback. It doesn't mean that it's over. It doesn't mean that you're a failure. It actually sounds like it's a good time for you to take a break from university and figure out a little more about yourself and what you actually want to do with your life. Let this stressful part go for now.
You can go back to school in the future if you want. School will always be there. But right now, it's just not a good time for you. Right now you need to be doing something else. And then, when you're feeling right about things, you can asssess whether or not you want to go back to school. If you do, enroll again and you'll do great.
