Voices making me scared

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm doing this right, but I've been hearing voices again for some time now and I have period of time where I can't remember what I've done or said. This is making my anxiety worse And I can't cope with it

Sorry you are experiencing that. I see things. I know how scary that can be.

@EnergySensitive not regularly. They just increase my tablets and send me on my way, so I've stopped hoping they'll help me further 😣

Have you tried therapy as well? Maybe a new Dr would help. It takes time to adjust meds also.
