What's The Worst Anxiety You've Been Through?

sure!! i was diagnosed with anxiety in march of 2021 , i was having this huge anxiety attack and i didn’t know what to do since i didn’t know i had anxiety at that time , but anyways my dad who was panicking , took me to the ER because he didn’t know what was happening, i went to the ER and it was so severe to the point where they put needles inside my arms since i wouldn’t calm down , after it stopped , they did several exams on me , and in the end they told me i had a severe anxiety attack due to thinking alot , and me being the mentally unstable 12 year old i was , i used to overthink a lot (i still do) so they suggested therapy , i went to therapy but i had to stop since it was so expensive. i still struggle with it to this day since now everyone expects me to be the best at everything and whatever , but i know how to cope with it now :)
