When my colleague died

When I woke up today and opened my Facebook account, I was surprised by the news of my college colleague's death. She was not my friend, but I remember her clearly, as she was one of the characters whose facial features seem that they are disgruntled, but when you talk to her, you find her, contrary to expectations, a fun character. Her death made me remember the time when I was very sick, and although my illness was minor, I felt like I was about to die. I always wondered if someone other than my family would mourn me, or if someone was missing me and would regret that he had not contacted me while I was still alive. After many years after my illness and after the death of my colleague, my questions still remain, and I have not found any answers yet.

Hello @DinaElwy

Really sorry to read of your colleagues deathheart

As you've realised, the death of someone we know, no matter how distant, brings the subject of our own mortatility to the forefront of our minds. This is natural {{{hugs}}} so please don't be overwhelmed by it, acknowledge it, reflect and move forward. It's when we don't do this, our thoughts can become obsessive and out of proportion.

Take good care of yourself
