Why do police endlessly target us?

I am endlessly stalked by police undercover detectives. Many are racist and hateful. Not all police are safe and trustworthy. Many are bigots and abusive. There are undercover police that have been attempting to manufacture a criminal out of me. It hasnt worked so they began targeting my SSI. I think the place I live has undercover police as staff. They give bad legal advice on purpose so that they can attempt to trick us into doing something wrong unknowingly. Then they report us to the government. This level of conniving dishonesty terrifies me. I dont want to end up homeless or in legal problems.
