it is always there but is amplified especially in the evenings, i am always overthinking

That stinks. Have you tried destracting your self or relaxing excerises? When I get stressed about school I color on my ipad and it helps.

@rationalWest3248 thanks for the tips i like to draw it helps in the short term but anxiety just comes back afterwards

@flowerss123 Hi, I think I understand how you feel. I used to be also anxious in the past. For me, it was really working to stop at the moment it was at the beginning, close me years and focus on my feelings. Where I can feel my anxiousness in my body? Then stay at the place and look - is it more intensive, less intensive, changing? If you come back to you, think about your thoughts. What are you thinking about at the moment? Is it nice? Do you feel comfortable with it? And if not try to think about the situation if it is real (or some imagination about potential future?), maybe try to imagine it more positively or something nice that could let you calm. It needs a bit of training but it is a doable and really helpful coping strategy;)
