anxiety around my girlfriend

on 4/20 me and my gf will be dating for a month. my anxiety around her didnt even start till about two weeks after we first met. but its so bad to the point that im throwing up. like actually. not only is it embarrassing that ive been sick around her every time weve hung out, it also sucks because it happens when im not with her. even when i just think about her for an extended amount of time i get nauseous. i really like her and plan on being with her for a very long time as long as i can quit this panicking stuff. i guess im mainly just on here to see if anyone has experienced the same kinda thing or knows how to help in any way?
