appointment

It wasn't always like this. I used to make a lot of appointments. All neatly align to months and dates. My life ran on a calendar. I wasn't a mother, but I was functioning as one. Now, IDK what have become of me. I want to escape life. They says, find a passion - find a dream. But I am so tired of the rate race IDK if i can dream again.
Today I make an appointment and it seems my life is falling apart. I think of parking, traffic, and if I'll find parking because I know the place and how pack it is. Maybe I'll get lucky. It doesn't help that I am disturb at just the thought of obstacles. Oh - what a mess I have become.
They says, what doesn't take you down make you stronger. Funny. I don't feel any stronger. It is quite the opposite. How do I become stronger? Cause you see, aging doesn't really do the trick. It is just a number counting the years we have live. Just living doesn't make you wiser, stronger, or whatever idea you attach to age.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. It's understandable to feel that way, especially when you're used to having everything planned out and organized. It can be challenging to find a sense of purpose or motivation when you're feeling burnt out from the daily grind.
Have you tried taking some time for yourself to recharge and reflect on what truly brings you joy? Sometimes it can be helpful to step back from the rat race and explore new interests or hobbies that inspire you. It's never too late to pursue your passions, and it's important to remember that your worth is not defined by your productivity or accomplishments.
Remember to be kind to yourself and take things one day at a time. You don't have to have everything figured out right now, and it's okay to ask for help when you need it. You're not alone, and there are resources available to support you through this difficult time ❤️
