boss doesn't like me
A supervisor I have to work with doesn't really like me or have any respect for my position. I have a lot of unreasonable anxiety about losing my job and social anxiety, so it's a problem for me. I just feel so useless and stupid. How do I deal with this?
He's a nice guy, I don't hold it against him at all. It's just the way it is, so I'll suck it up and deal. I just need some strategies to help. :)
Hi there i'm sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. What has led you to feel that he doesn't respect or think highly of your job position? If it is indeed true, if you get along with him on a personal level just not on a professional level, is there anyway you could work with someone else when you two are in a professional sense?
