anybody here also get anxious of riding public transportation? sometimes i can do it but sometimes, my legs will just not move and i get stuck on the side of the road, counting cars/vehicles that pass by (like saying to myself, "by the time 100 vehicles have passed, i must ride the next available route that passes"), but then i don't and then i do it over and over again 'till sometimes i just end up walking. but i can't really walk everywhere though.

Yes that's perfectly normal and a lot of people who already suffer with anxiety often develop social anxiety and being on crowded transport can often make them feel trapped and vulnerable.

i have really yet to find a successful way of dealing with this though, it causes me attendance problems, and i can't even properly explain why. and quite risky walking late at night also. any advice on how or where do i begin to adress this?

I would suggest speaking with a doctor about how you're feeling and they can lead you on the right path to help you cope well with your anxiety. In the mean time, maybe you could find someone who could help you out with transporting you from place to place so you don't have to use public transport? Good luck!
