I have experienced lifelong severe anxiety but I have only in the past 3years become aware of my mental health issue. It feels like it just never gets better, everything is futile and fruitless and awful. My mind is destroying me. I cannot enjoy most things in my life as I am constantly debiliated and severely impacted by my condition. I find it so hard to connect with people. I am destroying my relationship with my partner because of my anxiety. I am afraid she will leave me. She is my bestfriend in the entire world but she can't deal with me anymore. I can't deal with myself anymore. I want to get better I have always wanted to get better i keep trying and trying and nothing seems to work. I am at my wits end. I just want to be okay. Not even happy not even thriving, just not feeling constantly like I am on an MDMA come up without the euphoria. Just okay. I don't know what do do I really really don't. Please help me anxiety is literally destroying me.

I think it says a lot that you've reached out and asked for help. Some people never ask and they suffer in silence. As someone before stated the listeners on this site are here to help you. :) The therapists are here to help you. You've come to the right place and we're glad you're here!

I know it might impossible for you to overcome anxiety and I know it's been over 3 years that you've dealt with this. But please know that you are not alone, we are here to help you and listen to you. Overthinking is one thing that people tend to do a lot and it is a constant build-up and seems like it will never stop; one can't simply stop doing it because their mind says so. But just know that you are taking the step to reach out for help. If you have the means, talking to a therapist can help you a lot as they can give you the professional advice and support. However, I am here for you! Please message me if you want a listening ear.
