fear of everything

i got fear of everything , i get a lot of sexual arousals, like a lot. But in my religion i can't have sex without being married, fear of sin. fear to speak with anyone. can't say things right, fluctuation in speaking. fear of asking questions in college, fear of talking to a girl even for a good reason. fear of expressing myself what others will think? fear of being myself. fear of my dad who didn't beat me but beat my other siblings in front of me, and thats the worse fear i ever had. i am like fifty shades of fear :(
