general anxiety check-in / workplace anxiety

I always find it hard to talk about because it's hard to pin-point a feeling or instance, but I keep finding myself, usually at work where a slew of past situations have occurred that really spiked my anxiety and depression, stuck with a tight chest and nerves. It's like a residual anxious feeling I get just being here. Like with today- a typical quiet Monday, very little people interaction required, and I'm here dealing with this ghost anxiety...? It's more like my body is experiencing the anxiety and what that feels like but my head is running circles trying to see what the problem is and trying to calm down. That might not make much sense haha. Any tips?

I hear you, and you are not alone. Do what you must to cope on the bad days and moments, and find distraction however you can.

Avoid other Peoples Drama at Work where possible too.

Keep to yourself as much as possible when feeling like this. Do not divulge anything to others at Work, unless it is already a supportive environment to do so on a regular basis.

Be kind to yourself always. Find whatever resources you can to cope.
