i am trying to understand myself more

So i dont have emotional facial responses, so i had been like this most of my life, in order to tap to this i had to make an enormous concentration to change the way i am and i can only hold it for so long,also i dont make gestural movements with my hands either when i talk.

Do you think there is any name for this ? well i had been diagnozed with asper, but is there any other names for me ? thanks
