my general anger
I honestly want to pull out my hair from frustration. Like things that are meant to spark you in me I will avoid because they make me so mad. I don't know if that makes sense. My room is untidy and i wanna fix it but I have exams and therefore I do not have time to clean it which makes me so ANGRY. I am so angry that I cannot remember my exam work. Honestly I want to sleep the day away cause my motivation is at 0. Like I am so unmotivated and even if I do those coping tatics like ''breathing,remember that this will come to an end,talk to someone'' and so on nothing will help. Does anyone even care that I am not on my phone posting cause I sure as hell know that all they care about is calling people like me out for not giving them attention but the second that I need support I am boxed. Also the guy who I like is a total noob cause he just wants sex from me and honestly I am down to do it. I know that it is wrong but I want him to like me so badly but it will be a repeat hump and dump. Sometimes I just feel like no one will like me cause I am a freaking horrible person.
@amyhflanagan Hello! What is it that is making you so angry? Have you always been angry?
Sometimes the coping techniques that work for others may not work for you, and so it can sometimes be a struggle to find that thing that helps. Do you have a hobby or talent that makes you feel better? (Painting, Singing, Gaming, Reading, Playing an Instrument, etc.)
@thoughtfulmomma
For as long as I can remember I have always been angry. My family will even say that I would always cry and burst out in a tantrum.
I honestly wish that I had hobbies cause I have a idea of what would make me happy but time constraints and honestly just getting up and doing it is a challange. I am lost
@amyhflanagan What is your idea of what would make you happy?

I enjoy gymnastics, sewing and writing
@amyhflanagan All fantastic things to do. I know gymnastics takes the most time to do, but sewing and writing can happen at any time, even if it's just a few minutes at a time. Whenever you're feeling frustrated or angry, have a notebook nearby (or a tablet of you write electronically). The great thing about writing is that you don't have to write about anything in particular.
Write about how you're feeling. Write about a dream you had. Write a poem. Write about something or someone you saw while you were out. Write about anger. Write about a color. Write a plan of action to reach the goals that will make you happy in your life.
I'm jealous of the sewing bug. Many members of my family have "fabric art" talents, but not me. I just don't have it. Maybe even if you aren't ready to start a sewing project, take a walk around a fabric/craft store just to feel comforted and inspired. (I have certain stores I like to walk around when I'm feeling down - I don't usually buy anything, it's just nice to surround myself with things that make me happy.)

I always felt that school systems are too demanding, every teacher cares about their own subject matter and never the overload on the student. The study load is so great tgat it steals our youth and life...yes, when I came home from studies I used to sleep one or one and a half hpurs before I ever did anything and it is exhausting both mentally, spiritually and physical, I thought things would improve but yet I see students goibg through the same torment and stress as me years ago...it's a shame and a pitty...
