Anxiety over health

Hi all!
I've been dealing with some health issues for a couple years now, and recently they've gotten worse. One of the issues I struggle with is stomach pain. I have a colonoscopy and endoscopy coming up, but I'm really worried they won't be able to figure out what's wrong. The stomach pain is getting worse, and I've been debating a trip to the ER. Any advice?

Have you considered the stomach pain might be a symptom of mental health like stress and anxiety.
