Coping with social anxiety while roommating

I recently moved into a new place with my partner and friend. Me and my friend have lived together for a year together but my partner was new to add into the mix.

I'm very introverted and have pretty high levels of social anxiety. What has been new for me is my partner is the type to have friends over all the time, specifically 4 days a week, which has been really overwhelming for me. I tried to talk to them about it, but they took it the wrong way and got upset with me. It's not that I don't think it's okay to have this person over as often as they are, I just dont know how to adjust because these are high social levels that I am not used to, especially since two of the days their friend is over are my days off work. What can I do to feel more comfortable and help us all coexist.

@Vtsun First: I am sorry that you're going through that.

Would it help if you spent time with them separately, perhaps getting a feel of what it's like being with them? It can be tough moving into a new living situation and it's uncomfortable as to how to feel more comfortable and be yourself.

@ReadBooksDrinkTea I have wanted to, but my partner has asked me to give them some space because they are going through a lot of stuff right now. And I have requested for them to let me know when we can spend time together, but they have been pretty upset with the way i have been treating them, so spending time with me at the moment is too overwhelming. so something like that is currently not an option until they are comfortable spending one on one time with me again.
