Hi,

I sent a text to my friend today to try to explain that I was nervous/had a small anxiety attack before seeing them. They said "I don't understand why you are so nervous"... 😞 Now I feel worried they won't understand me, but I guess it will take multiple talks... Idk

Hello there, @Daydreamer47

It can be tough to explain these things to people who don't have much to any experience with it, but it's definitely not impossible and if they really care about you and want to be there they will listen and eventually start to really understand and be able to offer you as much support as they can. :) Take care of yourself!

Just want to congratulate and send blessings to everyone who's brave enough to post their story here. I know it's hard, I'm going through it as well. It's difficult explaining to others because you truly care about people, you want to make friends, but sometimes it's just too difficult. So let's all support each other, we will get better!
