Feeling guilty and anxious about what I wanna do in life

These days I get so anxious about what I wanna do after graduation.. I have lot of dreams which are quite out of the league and I know I will never give up. But I'm not productive these days.. I doubt everything I do.. I don't find any purpose in doing anything and everything the other people are doing, so I thought to give it a break. But now I can't deal with the guilt and the anxiety it gives me. What should I do.? Is this how people get through and achieve their dreams or does this mean I don't have any plan and it's likely I will not achieve my dreams? But the mere thought of it kills me from inside. I cannot put up with the thought of settling for what's there like the people I'm surrounded by. Also I cannot get any work done with this mindset!?

You know it is okay to don't have a dream sometimes. It doesn't make you any less of a person. Having dream to achieve something is just a society rule. You don't have to follow it. There is nothing wrong in taking a break. You're not unproductive. I don't know many of a achieved people. But I know one thing they all achieved because they work hard. Key to success is working hard not having a dream. There is know exact definition of dream. It could be anything. Stop running for nothing my friend. IT IS OKAY TO TAKE A BREAK. Just do random things. Do things what ever you want to do at that moment. I am sure you will get a idea how to proceed with life

I can see you're a big picture person, that's great for being successful and planning for the future. You just need to give yourself room to breathe, no one gets to the moon in one day. NASA needed to think of everything, designing a toilet in zero g, cooking food for the journey and that's nothing to do with rockets! When they got to rockets they had to test launch a lot, they failed alot but kept going. Break down your goals into actionable steps as small as you can focus on, work on each one, make it enjoyable, I eat chocolate when I do math & I like math :P you'll make it or maybe you'll find something you enjoy more on the way :)
