I have been going out to Meetups to do exposure therapy for about 2 months now. This time i did rather well. I was able to talk to people and not freak out. After about 1.5 hours I decided to go home. I left the coffee house and when I got into my car I was hit with a panic attack.
Has anyone else had a delayed reaction like this?

Yes the delayed attack has happened but i still counted it as a win.... eventually it dissipated and have not had one in a long time....
