Possible Anxiety and it effects on the body

Hi, new here. I wanted to ask a question.

I don't have a diagnosis of any kind so I don't want to say I have anxiety but if I did would one of the possible problems associated with it be constant tension in my body?

It always feels like I'm on my tip toes and leaning at an angle despite just standing normally. This also gets amplified in public as well as starting to walk very fast (sometimes even so fast I have to catch my breath).

I'm not exactly fit or very healthy physically but this is ever present, exepct when I go to sleep.

So is this something that could be linked to Anxiety? If so, how could I at least lessen this? Thank you for any answers.

@ShadowPKMM

it may be different in people but what you described could be that ........ some people who are anxious do walk as fast as possible thinking it will resolve the situation faster etc.

it sounds like you are aware of these item perhaps next time you remind yourself to slow down or stand up straight ....... i find most things can be altered when you are aware and make adjustments
