I have severe social anxiety I have been through a lot with it and I feel like it has taken over and I cant be a person anymore and I ewant help my family and I have Boon looking into service dogs and different medications but I feel hopeless and like nothing will ever work and that is why I am here I need help so I dont do something dumb
