i am or i was in med school ,so every time i was about to give an exam i felt the intense urge to throwup or i'd feel like i'm in a scene from euphoria with being all drugged up. my head starts buzzing and my mind goes completely blank. and i write a bad exam , because i quite literally lose my thinking power. Hence i failed my exams and had to drop out. i talked about this to a psychiatrist but she just thrusted pills at me and shooed me away, and i'm too broke for a therapist. but what really is up with me?

It must be hard to deal with a dropout situation. Phobia is a type of anxiety disorder caused by irrational fears of an object or situation. Sounds like exams bring you a lot of physical anxiety symptoms. I can understand how stressful the exams are. Sorry that the psychiatrist you work with doesn't work well. For the home care that doesn't need to hire a therapist, some physical relaxation may help to ease the uncomfortable that cause by anxiety. such as below :

1. Progressive Muscle Relaxation: Tense a group of muscles 4-10 seconds when you inhale. Then suddenly and completely relax them when you exhale. Take 10-20 seconds to relax between two practices.

2. Diaphragmatic Breathing: Breathing down toward the stomach instead of your chest.
