Hi I know you don't know me but if there's anyone out there going through the same stuff I just want to say that you're not alone.
My bf is a porn addict. This has caused us so many fights and endless arguments. I have talked to him about it and he always says he feels bad and he'll change but he never does. I hate the feeling of knowing he's looking at other girls imagining doing stuff to them. It breaks my heart. I have such a fear that he does it all the time that I want to be on a call with him 24/7 just so I can prevent it but it never works. I cry so much about it and I know it might sound stupid but it really hurts. Please any advice or anything, I'm trying to change im trying to not care.

The true reality is, you are always going to care.
It's taking away the time and the intimacy from your own relationship .
It's not porn in itself that is the problem, it's only unhealthy when it becomes a fixation or creates an unrealistic expectations of what's expected in your relationship.
Have an honest conversation with your bf.
Make sure time with you and you alone is prioritised.
That any discussions about what's he watching is kept to a limit.
Then the focus is on you.
That he limits his interaction with porn, by swapping it with something more productive!

As a man I can tell you that it is not your fault if you boyfriend masturbates. Men are just naturally attracted to pretty women and what he has is a form of addiction. It does not mean that he would cheat on you. In fact if he does that he will be too tired to cheat on you. 😊 Try to have compassion for him because it is an addiction he has and he probably wishes he could stop and feels guilty about it.
