How do I stop from burning out so quickly. I got back in to school a couple of weeks ago and by the end of every week I feel like I'm to tired to exist snd there isn't time for a break. Not between my classes, activities or work and its causing me to overthink and my anxiety to start to bubble up again

@potatoesaregreat

Maye the exhaustion is from putting too much energy into blocking the thinking? Are you afraid some of your thoughts are "wrong" in some way? Maybe if you accept those thoughts and let them pass, using a technique like Leaves on a Stream, you'll find they take up less of your energy.

@potatoesaregreatTo prevent burning out quickly with a busy school schedule, it’s important to build in small breaks and self-care moments whenever possible—even short ones. Try to: 1. Prioritize tasks and focus on one thing at a time to reduce overwhelm. 2. Use short breaks (5-10 minutes) between classes or activities for deep breathing, stretching, or a quick walk. 3. Set realistic goals for what you can accomplish each day. 4. Make sure to get enough sleep and eat nourishing foods. 5. Practice grounding techniques when anxiety bubbles up, like focusing on your senses or gentle mindfulness. 6. If possible, talk to a counselor or school support to discuss your workload and anxiety.
