Executive dysfunction is making me suffer
So this year (6th preparatory) I failed two subjects In the first round, it left me so devastated and hopeless, and now my second round exams are in weeks and I haven't studied anything, It's difficult for me to start anything as an autistic person without experiencing executive dysfunction and overload, I spent this month postponing the start of the school year because of the psychological pressure I feel every time it approaches, I was in a actual loop, and I have thoughts of dropping out of highschool, I tried applying many tips, but they didn't help me. <\3

😔
I'm so sorry that you are struggling and find it so hard with very little to no support.
I can see how overwhelming that can be.
But don't stop seeking help and finding new ways to ease this for you 💛

Executive (dys)function is really difficult to deal with, especially at these transformative points in life where there is a lot of pressure on top of everything whether overt or not. No matter how you shuffle it though, you can't pour from an empty cup esp if things like visual schedules etc are not getting the job done for you. It sounds like it may be time to let someone know and ask for some help around your motivation, though I know it's a tough thing to do. It doesn't mean your efforts are worth any less it's just about not struggling needlessly. Keep us updated !
