Feeling Ashamed for being Autistic

Hey, I'm Finn! My pronouns are They/He, and I'm autistic. I was diagnosed with PDD-NOS as a kid, which is now an outdated term for being autistic although I'm not sure what level I'm at. I haven't been able to get re-diagnosed since.

But recently I just feel and have felt super ashamed of how I act around others. Even around my other autistic friends, I feel super out of place and too "childlike." It's made me extremely insecure, and I get super frustrated with myself when I can't meet up to "normal" standards for other people my age. It's led to a lot of burnout, confusion, and depression. I also think I experience RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria). I guess I just need some reassurance is all. I'll be okay, just a lot on my plate at the moment and I need something to pick myself back up on my feet. :')
