I don’t know if I should try therapy again

Hi I’m 17yo autistic, ocd, gad and hypochondria diagnosed. I did occupational therapy for months and regular therapy for my ocd, some erp exposures, but my therapist said I need to aba therapy to help my autism rigid thinking. I quit seeing that therapist bc no one in the state of Kentucky does aba for 16-17 age range, I could be wrong but every aba place I’ve called they only do up to age 12-13. She brought up aba therapy every session and it made me feel broken. Like nothing else can help my rigid thinking except aba. I’m grateful the therapist helped my defeat my OCD. I have no more intrusive thoughts and no compulsive behavior. And my GAD and hypochondria I feel like I don’t struggle with them anymore. It’s just the rigid thinking trait affects me a lot I can’t stop myself from thinking of a topic until I’ve completely exhausted the thought. I don’t know if there’s a therapy that can help me with that that isn’t ABA. I don’t want to try antidepressants again tho to help my rigid thinking bc I struggled really bad on Effexor. And the other 4 I tried. But every therapist I find in my area has no training on autism. I don’t want to do ABA bc I trust all the bad experiences autistics have shared what they went through doing ABA therapy. But I hate when my brain I start thinking of something and I can’t stop. Ruminating on the past I feel guilty at the stupidest things and afraid only failure is in my future. It’s not ocd bc the things I ruminate/rigid think on aren’t in reaction to intrusive thoughts. I don’t know what kind of therapy can help me with that. Or if it’s something I’ll have to adapt to since my brain is neurodivergent.
