I want life to be easier
Last night I whent to a Halloween party with my boyfriend bc i love hanging out with him and I like doing things and it sounded fun. When we got there, and after a bit, I realized how different i am from others. They can all be loud and yell and laugh loud in front of people they may not even know all too well. They had all this energy and I was just with my boyfriend and playing subway surfers on his phone. Don't get me wrong. I love parties. And I like socializing. But only when I really really really know the people. Like we were there for like 3 hours and I only talked to my boyfriend and said a total of 2 sentences to others. I really am loud and funny and hyper and happy and alla that stuff they were when I really get to know and trust the people. And I really did have fun with my boyfriend last night at the party. And he helped me and he tried to help me talk to others but im just so shy it takes me a while and I was just so happy to be with him. I wish things could be easier. I want it to be. I dont want to be that weird kid.

You did so well to just try brenbird. Being shy can slow progress. You seem to be highly critical of yourself. i hope you start practicing one step at a time. instead of being the weird kid be the unique kid.. Be the best you can be🌱

I am going to tell you, if you do not know the people at the party, it can be a bomb. It is hard to interact with people that you do not know. If people do not make an attempt to talk to you, it is all over. Some people are just naturally gregarious. For those of us who are not, a party can be work. I applaud you for going. I am wondering, did you learn anything from this event. If you had to do it all over again, would you change any aspect of it?
