Mom of ASD son
Hi All, im a mom of a ASD son whom also has Tourette's and ADHD. I am home schooling this year due to school mask mandates. My son was diagnosed two years ago, he's always frustrated, angry, and very high energy. He use to be happy go lucky and as time goes on he lost interest in everything but pokemon, minecraft, and drawing. Im a little lost, missing my happy little man.

Due to COVID, many kids have reduced physical activity which an issue.
Finding a video game that involves movement perhaps might be an option.
Or there are other ways to inspire physical activity while at home.

Bing.com search for videos results are better because you can preview the videos directly on this page without opening a video. Just hover your cursor over the video of interest and then if it says "preview", then you click on the speaker x button to hear the video preview.

If the sound is bothersome, just turn off the volume.
If you do it as a family it's even more fun.
