Finding ways to function that work for you can be challenging. What works for one person doesn't always work the same for another. Do you have a support system in place? eg. Any support plans or a network of people who can assist you?
My main one is about to be in surgery and I’m about to have to need support to be her support. I barely function on my own but my mom needs me as well. The person who I thought would help me? She forgets my needs and forgets about me. Im working on seeing if I can find more support help

Looking into more support could be a good idea. Do you know if there are any support groups in your local community, or if your district area offers anything? Where I live, you can be assigned a support worker (although there is a long wait list). If it's possible or wanted, seeking therapist who either specialises or has training in Autism might be helpful, but I know it's not always an accessible option. On occasion there's ways to have that funded for you. I used to have to pay privately for my therapist, but now I have it fully funded. For me personally, it's probably the most beneficial part of my support plan.
