Does anyone else sometimes get the overwhelming feeling to run/scream? i get this and usually end up self harming to cope with it. I don't know if it's an autism thing.

When applying for a job, do you mention your diagnosis? if so, at what stage?

When going for an interview and eye contact is not possible, and nor is looking at their nose or mouth or whatever some people do, how do you still manage to come across as polite?

Might have a few more but just wanted to get them out of my head.

@teenytinyturtle

I do sometimes. It could be an autism thing dependent on the triggers.

If it will impact your ability to work the specific job or you will need accommodations I would mention it early on.

My trick has always been to look at something just above, behind, or to the side of the person I"m talking to.
