2022 09 28 The Saga Continues

[Update] Turns out the written reprimand, according to my employee manual, should have been preceded by a written warning...which I did not receive. I only received a verbal warning. I gave my boss a chance to reduce the 'charge' and she said 'no', so now I'm going to be filing a grievance. The mediation with my office mate went ok with more open communication promised. My in laws are processing the message that my wife gave them to basically back off and stop trying to overstep boundaries with our kids, their grandchildren. And I am releasing the talk with my parents and not worrying about it. Ugh, what a fucking week.
