Advise for a couple in the dark
I have been in a committed relationship for 4 years now. My partner is so supportive and understanding of my episodes and is always there for me. Recently I lost my job, and his car has also been in the shop for about 4 months. So with his 12hr shift schedule I hardly see him and I am also unable to leave my apartment since he is borrowing my car while he is at work. We have been having conversations of what we want and what we need and what we need to change, but I feel like since I am recently unemployed I have just been nitpicking everything about him or what he is doing. He has expressed this to me and I am struggling to fulfill this wish. I want to be a good supportive girlfriend but I feel like this negative spiral is out of my control. Any tips on how to get out of a situation like this?

hi , how are you doing since you mentioned ?
Losing job , an altogether routine and source of income has a great effect on our health, and I don't blame you for being in a bad mood often and being unable to stay hopeful or supportive to your partner. But I see you're willing to make a change and that is worth something. ❤
It is hard on where to begin, so would it help to clear your mind ? Maybe by connecting to a listener here or talking to your partner or some friend, when our mind is clear and less stressed we tend to think better . Also maybe doing something to make you happy and feel valued? Spending time with your partner doing things you both love and basically just communicating and being there for each other through this hard time . ❤
