Friday doc appt
I have an appointment today with my bipolar doc to review my case and med level. A little nervous, but I usually am before seeing any doc.

@Optimisticempath It went well! She kept my dosage the same and was pleased I've got an appointment to get EDMR therapy.
@meanderthal74 I'm happy it went well and that you got a new appointment, seems like you're doing your best for your wellbeing. How does that make you feel? :D
@Optimisticempath Calmer, honestly. When I can talk about my issues I feel calmer. When they are all bottled up inside, or I'm waiting to see someone to talk to, I go nuts.
@meanderthal74 that's really valid, I'm so glad you got to speak to the doctor today and feel calmer now :)
