Bipolar depression is tough. I definitely know how it feels. I hope everyone is ok with the winter months. I know for me and many others it's prime time for depression. Just know you're not alone. @ThoughtLight I know what you mean about winter, especially when the sun hasn't been around for days and days. It is temporary, but that doesn't mean that knowing it makes it easier to get through. It's nice to know there are listeners out there who understand what others are going through, people who can truly relate. Thanks for being here.
