I feel like I'm replying to all of your posts, blitheSun! ;)
In terms of mood tracking: I made my own excel spreadsheet with 1-10 ratings and conditional formatting, so it has pretty colors and I can run metrics on it and make charts and stuff. The only problem is, I rarely use it. Ha ha ha.
So my psychiatrist gave me a mood chart that takes like 10 seconds to fill out.
In short: the best mood tracker is the one that is actually completed.
Maybe this post can help a lot:

Wish you all the best!
Thank you, @alexlove !
I love lists.
Currently, I am using the Android iMoodJounal app on Google Play ($1.00) at the recommendation of a friend. It allows you custom mood tracking, journal entries, relevant photos, and a PDF export service to see your mood changes on a visual platform. I was curious to see if there were any specifically recommended to track the mood changes in manic depression, but I found I could just as easily customize my mood settings in this app.
Thanks again!
I really like In Flow - Mood and Emotion Diary.
You can make it set reminders throughout the day so that you are continuously charting your mood and energy levels. It is very user friendly and easy to use!
Sounds really good
Thank you for this
I like daylio because u put what u did that day along with mood
Hey everybody,
I want to point you to TAWNY. It's an emotion diary app for all iOS User. I use it for several months and it's very useful to enter its own emotions and it's also fun to see my emotions of the last week/month etc.
The developer team is already honored by the "Munich digital award" in 2016 -->tawny.ai
I like the idea and I also have a Microsoft Band 2 (this is the point I find this app in the first place), but you can also enter emotions without the band and then you have the utter quantified self.
Here the link (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/tawny-emotion-tracking-gef%C3%BChlstagebuch/id1215799617?mt=8), perhaps you also get used or rather addicted to this app :)
This is my pocket diary, where I not only enter my mood, feelings and emotion but also my thoughts and activities.
Try it :)
Greetings.
Regina
@ReginaH123 Would you like me to make the hyperlink complete so that Cups users can click on it and go directly there?
I wouldn't alter your post without your permission.
Just tag me in here if that works for you.
