Hi im new to 7 cups. My names Charlotte. Im under a phystrist, i suffer with symptoms of bipolar i would like to know your opion of type i have? I have mania for 7 days and depressive for 2 weeks ive never been in hospital etc i can carry on with my work, i have racing thoughts i go on spending sprees feel full of energy and easily distracted, on depressive mood i struggle to get up feel fatigue & loss of energy etc
