One thing I learned about Bipolar disorder
Hey everyone!
My name is Endure777 and Ive been on 7cups for about 3 years now. I have struggled with Bipolar 1 disorder for about 13 years now and one important thing I've learned is that if I'm not doing what I need to to be okay, I'm not okay, even if it feels like I am.
That being said, medication therapy is not for everyone, but it is still very important for people with bipolar disorder 1 or 2 to prioritize self-care and taking care of their health. What do you do to make sure you are feeling yourself and staying healthy?
I love to hike, be outdoors, play video games, spend time with friends/family, and exercise 😊

Thanks for sharing your experience! In response to the question, to manage and keep myself healthy, I like to: draw and paint, play guitar and sing, spend time with family and friends, read, and I'm in the process of getting a bicycle to start getting daily exercise back in the loop!
