@Soulcomfort I'm at a loss for how they could have this before and excluded invisible disabilities.

The blue badge system has not changed since the 70's and the requirements are so stupid rigid and biased I wouldn't be surprised if that is 1870 not 1970..
There is no information as yet on the month new inclusions will be made but I am sure it is going to give a lot of people some much needed independence and freedom. Probably life changing to many more
