I have always eaten raw potatoes as a snack since I was a child. Yeah. I am weird. I don't care though. That is the least of my worries. LOL. My husband fixes us fresh hash browns & french fries from potatoes all the time & they are so good! I swear we live on potatoes. I have been on a baked potato kick lately.
