@txshanley No. At 7 Cups our therapists only provide individual online therapy based on text messages. See: How does 7 Cups therapy work?

There are peer lead groups on Facebook that have Zoom groups.

I am a Member of the Mindfulness: DBT Skills Training - CBT - ACT - Peer Support Group. The Admin/Mod team is great and helps create posts as well as Zoom groups to help us with skills use. This is the best Facebook group that I am in.
