My doctor changed my meds because I was having issues now I don't have those issues anymore and it's a relief. I felt horrible and was spiraling. I'm happy and back to my old self again with a new combination .

@compassionateCar7091

Glad to hear.  There is a free App that you can get for your phone called Daylio.  It can help you track your moods over periods.  It will create charts and reports for each month so you can see trends or spikes in your moods.  You can use the default activities or create your activities.  Activities that you can create are taking meds, exercising, feeling anxious, feeling depressed, talkative, fatigued, bowel movements, etc.

I just started using Daylio over a week ago and I already love it. Luckily I’ve been pretty stable while using it, but I can see how useful an app like this would be over a long period of time.
