Coping
How do I learn to cope with my schizophrenia? I’m okay on a medication right now. (though I realize I don’t take it enough) I’m only asking this because I realize being online 12 hours a day and in bed isn’t healthy to me and also contributes to my parasocial problems. I can never really physically relax and I wonder what should I do? Does anybody have any advice to cope with schizophrenia?

I believe that the best way to solve any problem is to break it down into steps.
So, if you want to use your phone less, maybe start by setting a very easy target. Maybe commit to putting it down for one minute every hour. It would be easy to set a reminder. And then see if you can do 2 minutes. Or, if you want to get out of bed, then what would be a step towards that? Standing up for ten seconds? Doing some in-bed exercise (there's some good videos online)? Or going outdoors, stretching and coming back in again.
Another idea is to think about how you can make these things more appealing. What is it about being in bed or on the phone that you like? Can you get that elsewhere. For example, I find my bed very comforting when I'm anxious. So I have a small comfort toy that fits in a pocket, that I can take with me for when I'm worried. Maybe you could have the radio on, instead of your phone, so you don't feel alone?
