Do I have Bipolar disorder?
I am really bad in english. But I will try to express my feeling now. I am 20 years old girls ausbildung student. I noticed my difference in last few months.
At first I thought its because of academic pressure. But last weeks I have a vacation. At that time I don't have any kind of stress. But still felt same. Some times I feel very happy, overjoyed, uncontrollable happy and laugh without any reason. Sometimes I feel very sad, overwhelming, stress and crazy. I feel I am not okay, I am not worth and I am a burden for others. Most of the time leads this feelings.I lost some precious people from my life. In my vacation I didn't eat and sleep for 3 days. Somedays I feel I am so hungry and sleep. At that time I sleep 15 or 19 hrs. Sometimes I am a hyperactive and talkative person but sometimes I don't want to talk with other. Then now this pain is killing me my whole body against me. To avoid this pain, I need to change my focus on something else, So today I make scratces with small knife or pen in my body. So my whole body and mind focused on that small wound and pain. I know I am doing crazy, but I need to focus on ky studies. I am a dump student in my class. I am an Indian, but last one year I am in Germany. This language is so difficult for me. For this reason, I feel others in my school hates me. When my sir ask question in class. I know the answer, but I can't tell. I feel embarrasses, anxiety, fear and panic. I don't know why? Yesterday I had a same situation in my class.at that time I felt there is a large burden on my chest, vomiting tendency, I started to breath so fast, my arm like ice and I feel I am gonna faint. Then I went to toilet and take my time. If I answer anything my voice are break and my hands are shivering. And I feel I am worthless and always sad. Why?... Then I decided to take an appointment for psychiatrist. There are really difficult to take an appointment here and I am afraid because are thay judging me.
Can anyone reply me do I have Bipolar disorder or not?

Hey, I'm sorry that you are going through so much and I'm glad you could come here and share.
We can often feel overwhelmed by our feelings and it's important that we have a good self care routine in place and or helpful coping strategies such as journalling, meditation, hobbies, exercise, listening to music, talking to family and friends, not bottling things up.
It wouldn't be appropriate or very professional for anyone to diagnose here whether you have bipolar disorder as we are only volunteers and not qualified in such areas.
Also many illnesses present similarly.
It would be important to seek answers from a trained therapist so that you would get the correct a sets and support that you need!
I genuinely wish you the best, and I hope you know, you can always vent here, without judgement and in a safe space!
