My mental health is ruining my relationship right now I’m so triggered and manic I can’t control how I’m reacting no more!! I’m always fighting back, shutting down, or trying to end my relationship!!! It’s making me go crazy but I feel like my partner up to something like there someone else and he lying to me he has became so distant and cold towards me.. mean and all the red flags are there but I can’t leave 😞 it’s triggering me!! I know what the signs are of a cheater my ex was a professional at cheating and part of why I’m the way I am… my bf uses my bipolar disorder against me and tells me I’m making stuff up in my head or being delusional… I heard his tablet go off while on the phone with him and he lying and saying it’s in my head!! Am I going crazy? The numbing sensation won’t stop through my body it’s just getting worse!! What’s wrong with me!! Why am I doing this to myself ? 😭

@adrjust1 I'm really sorry you're feeling this way. What you’re going through sounds incredibly painful and overwhelming, and it’s not your fault. You are not crazy what you’re feeling is real, and it makes sense given the hurt and uncertainty you’re experiencing. Being in a relationship where your mental health is invalidated or used against you is deeply distressing, especially when you already feel unstable and triggered. The fear, the mistrust, the anger, and the shutdowns these are responses to a lot of emotional pressure, not signs of weakness or failure. You’re doing your best to hold on in a situation that’s weighing heavily on you, and even though it feels unbearable right now, you deserve compassion, understanding, and safety. Please keep reminding yourself: you are not alone, and there is nothing wrong with you for feeling too much in a situation that’s been hurting you.

@adrjust1

Hugs @adrjust I'm so sorry to hear about the rough time you are having. How are you doing today?

I don't think you are crazy or that it's all in your head. It sounds like your boyfriend is not being very supportive and may be gaslighting you from what you said. I have experienced this, and it took me awhile to understand better the manipulation and fight it.
