having a condition or diagnosis like Bipolar is an everyday type of struggle. You may not feel supported or like he helps you. Many times, when a spouse is not doing thing, it can be they simply do not know what to do to help. I have issues and am often mad my partner has not done things I felt were common sense, but it never occurred to them. I can choose to stay ticked or talk it out. i found many times things deescalated when we understand the other perspective.
Whenever anyone is talking with other friends or counselor, they tell their version because they are not living or understanding the other side. If I was to discuss things about my spouse, I would likely share items that irritated me that they did or forgot to do. Not acknowledging I also have shortfalls. What they have said back to him may not be what you think unless you heard firsthand.
